Namco Bandai asked us to expand their traditional marketing campaign into the enthusiast community.
They needed us to act as an extension of their staff and build their Facebook, Twitter and Flickr presence, while also managing their relationships with the top 10 independent online gaming communities. Our work triggered a huge spike in activitiy and involvement in a 250,000 strong Facebook community.
